Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Welcome, and thank you for trusting us with something as precious as your family. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the agreement between you and AllPureKids for the use of our website, our apps, and Pip, the gentle helper at the heart of everything we build. We've written them in plain English on purpose. We want you to actually understand what you're agreeing to, because a relationship built on trust starts with being clear with one another.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, installing our software, or otherwise using AllPureKids, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, that's okay, but please don't use the service. If you're accepting these Terms on behalf of your household, you promise that you have the authority to do so for your family.

2. What AllPureKids is

AllPureKids is a parental guardianship tool for the devices your children use. Pip watches over your child's screen the way a caring parent would glance over their shoulder, and quietly lets you know when something needs your attention. Pip is here to help you parent, not to replace you.

We want to be completely honest about what Pip can and cannot see, because it depends on the device:

  • On our Android app and the future AllPure Tablet, Pip has full five-second screen vision. Roughly every five seconds Pip looks at what's actually on the screen so it can understand the whole picture across any app.
  • On iPhones and iPads, Apple does not permit apps to see inside other apps. So on iOS, Pip works within Apple-sanctioned protections and content controls. It does not take screenshots of other apps. That's a real boundary Apple sets, and we'd rather tell you plainly than let you believe Pip sees more than it does on those devices.

No matter the device, Pip never uses a camera and never uses a microphone. It reads what is already on the screen, and nothing more.

3. Your account and eligibility

To use AllPureKids you must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of the children you set up. Each family gets one parent account, and that account is meant for the grown-up in charge. You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. If you ever think someone else has gotten into your account, please tell us right away so we can help.

4. How you may use AllPureKids

Pip is a parent-only tool, and it's built for one purpose: helping you care for your own minor children. You agree to use it only for that. Specifically, you agree that you will:

  • Only monitor the devices of your own minor children, whom you have the legal authority to look after.
  • Never use AllPureKids to watch, track, or surveil another adult.
  • Never install it on the device of anyone who hasn't consented and whom you don't have authority over.
  • Not try to break, misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Using a guardianship tool to spy on a spouse, an ex, an employee, a roommate, or any other person is a serious misuse, and it may also be illegal. That's not what we made this for, and it's not something we'll knowingly allow.

5. Your family's data

What Pip sees stays inside your family's circle of trust. Your family's data is encrypted, automatically expires and is hard-deleted after 30 days, is never sold to anyone, and is never used to train AI. Pip is built on AI technology from Anthropic. The full detail of how we handle data lives in our Privacy Policy, which is part of your agreement with us.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and setup fees

Some parts of AllPureKids are offered on a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you agree to the price and billing schedule shown to you at checkout, and you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Plans. Subscription plans renew automatically for the period you chose (for example, monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Tablet setup fee. The AllPure Tablet carries a one-time, per-tablet setup fee in addition to any subscription. That fee covers getting the device ready for your family and is separate from your recurring plan.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will keep working through the end of the period you've already paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, one-time fees and partial periods generally aren't refundable.
  • Promotional pricing. Special rates, founding-family pricing, and promo codes are a thank-you, not a permanent promise. Promotional pricing may change for new customers over time. If you're on a locked-in founding rate, we'll tell you clearly if anything about it ever changes.

7. An honest word: we can't catch everything

We need to be straight with you, because your children matter too much for us to oversell. Pip is a strong layer of protection, but it is not a guarantee. Pip's judgment, like any judgment, is imperfect. It may occasionally miss something concerning, or flag something that turns out to be harmless. Technology can also hiccup: a device might be off, offline, or out of Pip's reach for a stretch of time.

Please think of AllPureKids as a faithful helper standing watch beside you, never as a replacement for your own involvement in your children's lives. The conversations you have, the trust you build, and the attention you give your kids will always be the real protection. Pip is here to support that work, not to do it for you.

8. Our intellectual property

AllPureKids, Pip, our software, our designs, our text, and our logos are ours (or licensed to us), and they're protected by intellectual property laws. We're glad to let you use them to care for your family under these Terms, but that permission doesn't give you ownership. Please don't copy, sell, or reuse our name, our brand, or our software except as these Terms allow.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AllPureKids and Pip are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every concern, and we disclaim any implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, AllPureKids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We say this not to be cold, but because no tool can promise a perfect outcome, and we don't want to promise you one we can't keep. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

As AllPureKids grows, these Terms may need to change. When we make a meaningful update, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where it matters, let you know directly. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that means you're okay with the updated Terms. If you're not, you're always free to stop using AllPureKids.

11. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, will be governed by the laws of the state in which AllPureKids is organized. Our legal counsel will confirm the specific jurisdiction and venue before these Terms are finalized for launch.
